By accessing and using the services of Crestwood Storage Barns ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
The Company specializes in the sale of custom-built wood and metal storage sheds, portable horse sheds, playhouses, and offers shed moving services within Northwest Arkansas.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The Company strives to offer competitive pricing and will match competitors' quotes when possible.
- Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, checks, and cash. Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery Area: Free delivery is offered within most areas of Northwest Arkansas. For locations outside this area, additional delivery fees may apply.
- Installation: The Company provides on-site shed building services for locations that are hard to access, have fenced-in yards with small gates, or require larger buildings than can be delivered pre-built.
5. Warranty and Repairs
The Company is committed to building high-quality sheds and stands by its products. If any issues arise with a shed purchased from the Company, they will address and fix the problem.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. The Company's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Company's services will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
