Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 12, 2024

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom-built sheds, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and construction has begun, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

2. Standard Inventory

• Returns: Standard, non-custom inventory items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in new and unused condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, please contact the Company within 7 days of delivery to arrange for repair, replacement, or return. The Company will cover all reasonable shipping costs associated with the return of damaged or defective items.

4. Shed Moving Services

Payments for shed moving services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you need to reschedule a service, please contact the Company at least 48 hours in advance.
